All orders undergo quality inspection and are processed within 4–7 business days after confirmation. During seasonal launches (e.g., New Year fitness collections or marathon season), processing may extend to 10 business days to ensure each performance garment meets our standards. You'll receive email updates if processing exceeds 7 days, keeping you informed about your activewear order status.
Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 8–15 business days after dispatch. International shipments to Canada/Europe take 12–25 business days, while Australia/UK deliveries require 15–28 business days. These extended windows account for thorough customs clearance of technical fabrics and ensure your compression wear/training gear arrives in perfect condition.

For athletes needing gear ahead of competitions, our expedited service guarantees faster processing and premium carriers (DHL Express/UPS Worldwide). Available only for in-stock performance items that haven't entered production queues.

Note: Expedited service may suspend during extreme weather affecting transport of moisture-wicking fabrics.
Technical athletic wear often requires special customs declarations. Buyers are responsible for any import duties on high-performance fabrics (e.g., elastane blends). Unclaimed packages incur a $25 restocking fee plus actual return shipping costs to maintain our inventory turnover for active customers.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes/FPO addresses due to carrier limitations with moisture-controlled packaging for our performance apparel. Provide a street address where someone can receive temperature-sensitive items during business hours.
You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. International tracking updates may pause during customs inspection of technical fabrics. Contact [email protected] if your performance wear hasn't updated tracking for 10+ business days.
Unworn athletic apparel in original packaging may be returned within 21 days of delivery. Performance gear with hygiene seals broken cannot be returned due to safety regulations. See our full Return Policy for details on exchanging sizes.
