You'll receive an order confirmation email within 15 minutes of purchase. Please verify all details including product selections, sizes, colors, and shipping address immediately. We're not responsible for incorrect addresses or order details that you've confirmed. Changes requested more than 2 hours after order placement may delay processing.
While rare, we may cancel orders if inventory discrepancies occur or if we suspect fraudulent activity. For high-demand items, we may limit quantities per household. If we cannot fulfill part of your order, we'll notify you within 48 hours with options for partial shipment, substitution, or cancellation.
All displayed prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes and duties. International customers are responsible for any customs fees. We periodically run promotions - price adjustments aren't available for previous purchases unless covered by our Price Match Guarantee (must request within 24 hours of order).
Orders typically process within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Transit times vary: 5-10 business days domestically, 10-21 business days internationally. Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment. During peak seasons or for customized items, allow additional 3-5 processing days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached may be returned within 21 days of delivery. Return shipping is customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Exchanges are subject to availability. Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned. Refunds process within 7-10 business days after we receive your return.
Our performance fabrics require specific care. Follow wash instructions inside each garment to maintain technical properties. Improper care voids warranties. For moisture-wicking items, avoid fabric softeners. Compression gear should air dry - heat damages elasticity.
